Tech OVN operates a 7.5 acre manufacturing facility and has made energy meters since 2019, as part of the OVN Engineers group (power & water, est. 1949). Every Titan meter is designed, assembled, calibrated, and tested in-house, giving us full control over accuracy and reliability.
